The CARBC Advisory Board meets annually and is chaired by Prof. Michael Prince of the University of Victoria, a distinguished Canadian scholar in the field of disability and public policy. Membership of the Board includes people with a wide range of relevant expertise from the fields of healthcare, academia, addiction research, community organizations, advocacy for drug users and administration.
