	<p>The challenge of ensuring that "what is known" is actually "what is practised" has become a high priority. This has created a great deal of interest in what is known as knowledge exchange or knowledge sharing (or a host of similar terms). CARBC has a unit dedicated to helping to collect knowledge from various sources and make it available to policy-makers and practitioners in ways that they can use. This website is one part of that strategy.</p>
